Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays (federal, state or local holidays). All orders are shipped via USPS, Monday-Friday. During holidays and sales please allow more time to process/ship your order due to a higher volume of orders.
Delayed or Missing Packages
If your order/package is late due to postal delays or missing after being marked as delivered, please use the tracking number provided to you via email and contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 for information regarding your order/package.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double check to ensure your address is correct. If there are any errors after submitting your order please contact us immediately at hello@martysbathandbody.com . However, we cannot guarantee an update before your order ships. If your order has already shipped, please contact USPS to see if your order can be intercepted. Otherwise we are not held liable for additional costs associated with reshipping.
International Customers
At this time we only ship throughout the contiguous U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada. You will be charged all postage costs associated with delivery. You will responsible for any taxes or duties associated with your country.
